1. Who is responsible
The data controller is VIPAVIA LLC. For questions and requests about your data, write to info@vipavia.com. Company details are in section 11.
2. What data we receive
From your request: name, phone, email, service, airport, date, flight, number of passengers and comment.
When booking: passenger names, children's dates of birth, contacts of greeters and drivers, and other details an airport or service requires to provide the service.
From the website server: IP address, request time, page opened and browser details.
The website form does not send or store what you type. It opens your own email app with the request written out, and we only receive the email you choose to send.
The website has no registration, online payment, advertising cookies or web analytics.
3. Why we use data
To reply to your request, quote a price, book and provide the service, contact you about your order, meet legal requirements and protect the website from faults and abuse.
We send marketing only with your separate consent, which is never a condition of ordering.
4. Legal grounds
We process data on the basis of the consent you give by sending a request, to conclude and perform a contract, and to meet legal requirements.
5. Who receives data
Airports, VIP terminal operators, service and transport companies that provide the service you ordered, and only as far as needed for it.
These recipients may be in the country where the service takes place, including outside your country of residence, where data protection may differ. By sending a request, you agree to this transfer.
Public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell data.
6. Other people's data
By naming other passengers, greeters or drivers in a request, you confirm you may share their data and will tell them about this Policy. A parent or legal guardian provides children's details.
7. How long we keep data
We keep data while it is needed for your request and order, then for the period the law sets for contract, tax and accounting records. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
You can find out what data we hold, get a copy, correct or delete it, restrict processing and withdraw consent by writing to info@vipavia.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done; if data is needed for a current order or by law, we will tell you.
You can also complain to the competent data protection authority.
9. Security
The website uses a secure HTTPS connection, and only people who need requests for their work can access them. Nothing online is absolutely secure, so please do not include details we have not asked for, such as bank card details.
10. Applicable law and changes
Data processing is governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic and any rules of your country that apply to you mandatorily. New versions are published on this page with their date.
