Meet & farewell

A personal representative meets you at the agreed spot and stays with you through the airport, until boarding or until you reach the car.

A sensible choice if you don't know the airport or are travelling with children or a lot of baggage. Skipping every queue isn't guaranteed here: if that matters, choose Fast Track.

Expedited check-in, security and passport control save time at busy airports. We check in advance what the rules of each airport and country allow.

Formalities take place in the main hall, without queuing and with an escort. Some airports give priority at every stage, others only at some, such as security.

A reserved place away from the terminal crowds, chosen around your terminal, departure time and preferences.

In a VIP terminal, check-in, baggage drop, passport control and security are all separate from the main flow, and personal transport takes you to the aircraft. Abroad, “VIP Lounge” often just means a regular business lounge airside. We confirm exactly what you will get before booking.
